“The brown stew with rice and beans was the ULTIMATE birthday dinner. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender. I have never in my life eaten chicken as delicious as the food at Dulcie's Cafe. If you come to Knoxville, you MUST try the food here at least once. And try one of their sodas too! Can't get an experience like this anywhere else in eastern TN."

“Delicious food in very generous portions! Skip the ordinary and try the extraordinary Jamaican food. I had Red Snapper and my husband had the Jerk Chicken. Both were fabulous! Very friendly waitstaff and our orders were taken quickly. Our meals were hot, fresh and correct. We met the restaurant's owner who gave us great customer service. We're really glad we stopped in for dinner!"
